Voilà, j'ai traduit quasimment tout en francais, mais certains passages me gènent encore... :
They were always getting cut and bruised and bumped, and this seemed so incosiderate (of course it wasn't at all, the poor yougnsters couldn't help it, but it was peculiar) when Mrs. Fawcett felt the way she did about injuries which could easily turn into lockjaw. This seemed to all Mrs. Fawcett friends not only a deliberate accident but one brought by the most reprehensible circumstances, for Molly was making a quilt on the machine not to be outdone by Leah and Rachel, who were sewing their pieces together by hand in the regular way. C'est plutôt urgent, merci d'avance! ^^ En contre partie si je peux corriger du francais... |

... it's all pretty difficult to follow.bumped: do you mean to say: they were gettings bumps? used as a verb, bump has a completely different meaning. Mostly used with "bumped out of a line" or "my car was bumped my another car". Could you use it for getting bumps? I doubt it, and it sounds really weird. injuries which could easily turn into lockjaw the term lockjaw is correct, but not really used. This sounds too much out of a dictionary. I would say something like :"They could get tetanus from their injuries" I hope there is more text before the one you give here; because, in that context, I cannot understand the use of but it was peculiar. Same thing for so inconsiderate. Quote:
Sorry, but I am still trying to figure out the whole meaning. From "lockjaw" to "quilt" .... you lost me somewhere along the way. ![]() |

Gramaticaly, it's not really incorrect. The problem I have with it is there must be some text before this one that could shade some light on the whole meaning. exemple: Quote:
What I said earlier: without more, tough to say one way or the other. |
