De plus, j'ai quelques expressions pour lesquelles j'ai des doutes, je les ai souligné dans le texte en anglais.

Depuis 1992, la PMI francilienne Franklin France a fait de la recherche de débouchés à l’étranger une de ses priorités. « Dans un secteur comme le nôtre – la fabrication de produits de protection contre la foudre – le potentiel de développement à l’étranger est important », indique son PDG, Michel Roubinet.

Pour se développer à l’international, Francklin France s’appuie sur des produits à haute valeur technologique. L’entreprise consacre en effet environ 4% de son chiffre d’affaire à la recherche et au développement.
Deux ingénieurs ont été recrutés dont un physicien spécialiste en électricité atmosphérique. Huit ans après ses premiers pas à l’exportation, la société réalise entre 40% et 45% de son chiffre d’affaire à l’international.
«Notre démarche est différente selon les pays, mais quand nous décidons de prospecter un nouveau pays, nous cherchons à participer à des salons. Pour chaque pays prospecté, notre objectif est avant tout de trouver le bon distributeur qui, après formation, pourra prendre le relais»
