The original text is in portuguese (I am portuguese).
"Sendo TERROSO a freguesia de referência no fabrico artesanal de tapetes de trapo, e aproveitando o conhecimento adquirido pela população local ao longo de várias gerações, podemos hoje apresentar um produto com qualidade e design."

In french it is like this:
"TERROSO étant le village de référence pour la fabrication artisanale de tapis de chiffon, et profitant de la connaissance acquise par la population locale au cours de plusieurs générations, nous pouvons aujourd'hui présenter un produit de qualité et design."
