juste un mot francais en anglais...
Bonjour, j'ai besoin de traduire en anglais le mot "parrainage", pas au niveau famillial mais commercial. comme toutes ces entreprises qui nous proposent de parrainer un ami en echange de quelques avantages ou cadeau...
c'est assez urgent. merci |

I think it means to sponsor or to raise (a child). Could mean parentage.
