Hello,
I summed up a text, Can you me correct me and say me your opinion. Thank you Laure In US debate about the health care is a topical issue. In effect Obama wants to create insurance for millions of the uninsured people. A small majority of the Americans support this plane, but many people think that Obamacare will be detrimental for them. The biggest problem it is necessary to find the money. So, Obama will have to reduce Medicare (the government health plan for the elderly) for example. Moreover an large debate take place: the order of priority for the cares. In fact some people say that it is better to save a young person (for often less money) that to pay considerable amount of money to extend the life of a patient in terminally ill. A doctor, Mr Emanuel, offered a system to determine which is priority. According to him, the age is the best criterion. (He even make graph about the ideal age). Republicans criticize this idea, and many people are offended. An other problem is that many Americans have a insurance by theirs jobs. And they don’t feel like to make an effort to a best health system.(less waste, more equalities). The only ones who are favored are the uninsured people (15 % of the population). Thus the majority is loser. As conclusion government fight against the majority, is not obvious. |
