Je n'arrive pas à traduire : "Il semble que l'annonce des 800 salariés en chomage depuis ce matin pèse autant dans la décision de notre assureur que la dégradation des résultats financiers de la société". "It seems that the announcement of 800 workers unemployed since this morning ???? in our insurance company decision than the poor financial results of this Cie" Merci par avance pour l'aide apportée. Bonjour,
Suggestion : "It seems that the announcement of 800 workers made redundant this morning carried as much weight on our insurance company decision than the poor financial results of the company". Il semble que l'on puisse employer la locution verbale "to carry weight" au sens figuré, un peu comme en français. Attends quand même l'avis des natives.

It seems that the decision to accounce 800 redundancies this morning is as important as the poor financial results declared by our insurance company.
