Je te réponds en retard et te présente mes excuses. Nous sortons quasiment tous les soirs d'autant qu'a lieu un festival au Havre depuis samedi. J'ai pu voir une représentation théâtrale et deux concerts classiques. De plus un de mes beaux-frères nous a fait la surprise de venir nous rendre visite ce weekend.
Je te remercie pour ton message et nous louerons une voiture à l'avance. Nous regarderons cela demain. Je te tiendrai au courant de notre location. Ici la chaleur est étouffante, je guette sans cesse les horaires des basses marées pour marcher nus pieds tout le long de la plage. Cela me détend et me rafraichit.
Je fais beaucoup de confiture également en ce moment. Les fraises sont terminées et j'ai commencé les confitures de rhubarbe-carottes-cannelle. Nous aimons tellement les confitures.

Hullo,

I’m late to answer and apologize. We go out almost every night, all the more so since a festival has been taking place in Le Havre since last Saturday. So far I’ve been able to attend a theatre play and two concerts of classical music. Moreover a brother-in-law of mine dropped in unexpectedly on us last weekend.
Thank you for your message, we’ll rent a car in advance. We’ll have a look at that tomorrow. I’ll keep you informed of our renting. Here the weather is stifling hot, I keep on watching the times of low tides so that I can walk barefooted all along the beach. It relaxes me and it’s refreshing.
Presently I’m also making a lot of jams. The strawberry ones are finished and I‘ve started making the rhubarb-carrot-cinnamon ones. We like jams so much!

I'm back from the balneo-swimming pool of Les Docks. The weather is still stifling hot (je recopie). It's very warm.
