What's the diffrent between"Roam"and"Ramble"

Which word can express not only WANDER but also very PLEASED and ENJOYABLE ??
Which one is better??

ROAM tends to emphasise more the idea of freedom or the variety and distance involved, ["to roam freely/to roam widely] whereas RAMBLE is more to do with the randomness and lack of specific destination. If you need to include the idea of pleasure I think RAMBLE would be better.
