Your sentence needs a preposition to be perfect. Your sentence is

A little remark .. I don't know your abilities in English, I think they are nearly perfect, but I also think that there will always be a little difference between someone who speaks English nearly perfectly and someone who is a native English speaker. (my opinion

But - we are here to help each other and so let's do our best :D
