Hello i have read your post and here is the translation. i hope it will help. the first sentence is not finished .

"If you call it constructive to rob me of money that i loaned you then yes.
You are the one that is pathetic, your mail and your bill. For example i only picked out some of the goodies.but u know what i dont eve want to get into it. your things are the ones that are made up and you know it. I am and idiot for not having a contract with you about you paying me back the money by certain date or otherwise me becoming a co owner of the apartment. Now i see that i dint want to , but u already had a plan made up in your sick head.You charge me for things that had nothing to do with the apartment, and things that i already paid you for. For exampla building materials that my dad paid for. Martina i loved you once and i never cheated on you. but now i see that my loyalty is costing me, on all the "fronts'. You can keep telling yourself how loyal and fair and such high morals you have , but u only kidding your self. I am upset that you stole the money from me, but im even more upset how u behaved after our brake up and after u tryed to make us even. I cant believe that a person that i held in such high regards was just a two faced opportunist. You are right i dont have any proof about the money that i gave you, and i have no intention of making a list of all the things that i invested in you, like you did. Even if i got an statement from bank...........its just wortless...................i feel sorry for you."
