hi, i recieved a present of a book from Slovakia. i am trying to find out its title. obviously all the book is in slovakian but, its a very beautiful book indeed. i would settle for a translation of the title!

the title i need translated to english is: Pomsta Oleksy Dovbuje. there is a ´v´over the last ´j´.

if anyone could help with the translation or, point me in the direction of someone who could, i would be very greatful indeed.

I am a native Slovak studying translation- interpreting (English- Spanish- Slovak). I hope I will help you. Pomsta means in Slovak "revenge", so the translation should be "Oleksa Dovbuja`s revenge", knowing the fact that Oleksa Dovbuja is a female name but not of Slovak origin, it has some Slavic origin but I can`t tell you with certainity of what language.

I tink thats as close as i need.. its certainly seems to make sense when looking at the illustrations. Its a kind-of childrens book.
