Default Weird Translation Question

I am not even sure this is Lithuanian, but I am trying to call my wife, and its tough enough to call her but when I do get through I hear someone say "Clouseu" or something like this.

CLUE-SEW

Is it Lithuanian, if so, what does it mean, if its not Lithuanian...what country am I dialing

Thanks guys

English spelling looks weird indeed.
That "someone" is saying 'hello'. It does not mean 'hello' in lithuanian, bacause lithuanians say "[I'm] listening" instead. Correct spelling is "Klausau".
