Falls du ueber meine Korrektur Fragen haben solltest, tu ich sie gern beantworten oder erklaeren. Ich habe die Daten nur ausgeschrieben, damit deinen Brief auch von Amis verstanden wird (wir schreiben die Nummern fuer Tag und Monat anders drum).

Wie ich fesstellen muss, bin ich noch MEEEILEN weit davon etfernt, verständliche Briefe in der Englichen Sprache zu schreiben .

Also ich wuerde es eher so uebersetzen:

Dear Sirs,

we'd like to inform you that we discontinue our production in July (Summer Vacation). Should you have planned to order something for this time, we suggest to do so prior June (oder "to the month in question"), at best before May 20, so that we can comply with your orders and deliver in June.

Should you want to receive orders in August, please get in touch at the 15.06.2007 or later.

Hoping not to have caused to much of a grievance we thank you for your understanding and remain
