Ich arbeite im Moment an einer Übersetzung vom Englischen ins Deutsche. Ich habe leider wenig Hintergrundwissen dazu. Deswegen bereiten mir einige Textabschnitte Probleme. Vielleicht kann mir jemand von euch helfen. Information: die Überschrift lautet Amended and Restated Corporate Bylaws of Holy Redeemer Health System. HRHCCF: Holy Redeemer Health Care Corporation and Foundation, a not-for-profit charitable corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

2.1 MEMBER.
The Member of the Corporation shall be HRHCCF. The Members of HRHCCF shall be those members of the Sponsor who from time to time may fill the positions of Provincial Superior and Provincial Councilors of the Sponsor. Was deine anderen Fragen betrifft, wage ich nicht, dir was anzubieten. Ich verstehe meist, worum es geht, aber meine Übersetzung kann für eine deutsche Schulaufgabe nicht klappen.
