if it's only translitteration in devanagari script, i can suggest :

ओशेअनिक

मा निर्दोश रिजु

I think oceanic is pronounced a bit oddly for its spelling. The way Vikram transliterated it corresponds to its latinate spelling, so oh-sheh-uh-nik.
If you're looking for something more like oh-shee-a-nik, it would be

ओशीऐनिक

Unfortunately, it's impossible to exactly reproduce the "a" as in "trap" sound, but this is very close.

You're right anna
What is the most difficult, when you have to translitterate, is when there is no indication on how to pronouce the word!

latin manner
english manner
and why not, indian-english manner !!! hihihi

Oceanic as written by Vikram maybe odd according the English pronounciation, but it renders exactly the French or Latin pronounciation. So oceanic by Anna is odd according the French pronounciation.
The Indic scripts render exactly the correct pronounciation. So if you want to transliterate you have to know how the word or name is pronounced.

An other point is, in which language does some one wants to write. Above was in Hindi.
In Sanskrit it is different. A vowel combination like ea is not possible in Sanskrit.
There will be a formation of a new sound by sandhi, otherwise it has to be like eya (oseyanik)
The ai in Hindi is like è, but in Sanskrit like ai.
