Here it is
![]() सलीम् (in sanscrit) or सलीम ( in hindi) the only difference is that you don't have to note that the last consonnant is without the short a vowel, like you should do in sanscrit. and if you want iy in tamil script : சலீம்

So the only difference between sanscrit and hindi is the tick at the end!

for the script yes; and there are also some letters in sanscrit rarely used in hindi
but they are two very different languages, even if the one is the " daughter" of the other one just as Latin and French for instance
