Transtlation of a tattoo for my son's name

If somebody could help me, could they provide a translation in any of the following.

hebrew, sanskrit or gujarati

My son's name is Ethan, and I know it is a hebrew name, so possibly that may be the best translation, but I want to see which one stands out to me.

It may also be nice to have something like, "My son, Ethan" with his birthdate (20/04/05).

Any help would be greatly appriciated

how do you pronounce it? Ithan or éthan ?

It's Pronounced with the E, as in See, Be etc..
