Translation English -> Hindi (and Singalese)

I would like to translate my free script into other national languages of the indian area.

To the one who translates, I can give visibility on my website with name+country+link.

you have to know that one of the official national language in India is English ( with Hindi)
therefore, as there are about 18 languages in India, for technical terms, the one mostly used is english.
So .......

Indian websites (personal and corporate) use english or do they also have an Hindi version?
