How do you say "Something Squeezes My Heart" in Hindi?

Hi everybody. I know this is kind of a strange question, but it's the chapter title of a book I'm working on, and I'm having a difficult time getting a good, workable translation.

I would like to get as close to "Something Squeezes My Heart" as possible.

I've had the suggestion of Kuch Dil Ne Kahaa (My Heart Says Something), but I'd really like a title that comes closer to the idea of the heart feeling a "squeeze."

I appreciate your translation a lot, but now I've got a question. I'd like "Something Squeezes My Heart" to be a romantic idea, something that might be a good title for a movie. I'm a little worried that "Something Puts Pressure on My Heart" might not be very romantic; it sounds kind of like somebody is about to have a heart attack!

Am I wrong? Could "Something Squeezes My Heart" be seen as a loving "squeeze" and a romantic feeling? If not, do you perhaps have any suggestions for this feeling?

To capture that feeling in Hindi, the appropriate thing to say would be, "Something touches my heart". Do you want me to translate that to Hindi?
