Hi you gastronomes!
Here 's the best Turkish cuisine website ever : http://www.portakalagaci.com/ It has beautiful, mouth-watering pictures taken by the cook himself. And u can ask questions and advice to the cook and the other participants. I've tasted many different cuisines in my life, but the Turkish one is definitely THE ONE for me! It's my péché mignon! Enjoy it! ![]()

Hi bernhard
I'm not a pure veggie like you, but I am strictly vegetarian when it comes to eating non meat products like bread, biscuits, etc. I'm quite happy in the UK cos most superstores put the "suitable for vegetarians" logo on products, but I don't remember having seen such a thing in France.. What about Germany? Also, I've met several Germans who were veggies like u... pure coincidence? ![]()

Actually, when I lived in UK, I appreciated the suitable for vegetarians log as well, (that does not mean average food was high quality). There are a lot of vegetarians in Germany, but more in England, in France, its quite rare.
I remember quite well, pure vegetarian Indish restaurants in England which were so nice too (eat as much as you can, for 3.5 or 5 pounds) (Bonbay Aloo In Brighton, if you are around).... |
