Post draniki )Belarusian pancakes)

Hey guys. Kavita01, fancy trying some Belarusian foods? Here's how to cook "draniki", or Belarusian pancakes. The ingredients you are going to need are:
6 potatoes, 2 eggs, 2 spoonfuls of flour, 1 spoonful of sourcream, 50 g of vegetable oil, salt.
Here's how to cook draniki:
Rinse the potatoes, then peel and grate them. Add the eggs, flour and salt and mix well. Put some oil into a frying-pan and heat until very hot. Then take a spoonful of the mixture and put it into the frying-pan (you may fry as many as 4 to 5 pancakes at a time). Fry until a brown crust appears. serve with sourcream and...enjoy!

If you dare to try out this recipe, it would be great to get some feedback.
