No.. Zadi.. I do not really know...lol..
I meant most of our cruisine is from indians, black people from Africa and of course Italian, Portuguese etc..  But I will research that and tell you. What I just can tell you and send you is different sites of cuzcuz recipes from different parts of Brazil I think cuzcuz must came from Portuguese people.
