Forum program help

Hello, Bernhard and FD, and other admins,

I'm sorry to bother you for another time, but this time I really need you.
I want to build a similar languages site in China, the domain has been bought, but I really want to use the same program as Vbulletin, but my space provider told me that VB was a paid service, so I want you to verify if the VB program is free or paid. Or if paid, how much, and can you suggest some other similar forum programs suitable for a language forum?

i am lucy wu come from shenzhen too. i work as a sales person in longgang district.this is my fourth to join this forum.why have no see some people talking their feeling about their work? if have some people see my message .could u chating with me on msn ? msn is lucy-wu2@hotmail.com
