Dear host family
I write you this letter to convince you of my determination. This experience could be a real opportunity for me. I give you my experience about children in return I learn to live at the pace of your life with your habits, customs and your lifestyle in general.
I have already looked after children, girls and boys, aged from 2 to 9. Their parents attended me to occupy them, to amuse them cooking or playing, or going for a walk. And of course the first reflexes like to have their dinner, shower and to put them to bed. At each time it was with pleasure I take care of them.
I live in a country for my birth, in a little village at 60 km in the south of Lyon. The first city is near, so I’m divided between two landscapes. I can go jogging in the plains to get some fresh air, but I also can go to the shopping center with friends, or to cinema. Sometimes I do fitness in an aquatic center where there is a sports room. I like to read, especially detective books, but I also fantastic, like Harry Potter.
My principal motivation to pass my summer holidays in your family is that this stay would permit me to improve and to enrich my accent and my vocabulary. I really want to be bilingual and why not live in England. Indeed this country appealed me few years ago when I visited it during a school travel. I also want to study for a year or more in Gran Britain. It is very important for me and my future because I would to travel around the world, for my work, and visit different continents before to settle in somewhere.
I really hope to realize this project.
I’m certain I will enjoy myself in company of you and I look forward to be in your nice country.
