Je travaille en ce moment avec un texte difficile pour traduire en anglais s'y a quelqu'un qui pourrait m'aider ce serai genial voila le texte 1.1 La Société donne au distributeur qui accepte le mandat exclusif de la représenter auprès de la clientèle définit à l’article 1.4 des présentes (ci-après « La Clientèle ») qu’il visitera par lui-même ou se préposés, et ce, en vue de la vente des produits déterminés au dit article 1.4. The Society give to the company, who accept the exclusive mandate to represent it to the clientele defined in 1.4 article of the presents ( hereunder " The clientele" ) he'll visit it by himself or by his officers, and this, in sight selling produces determined on 1.4 article.

Ma tentative pour cet horrible jargon  :The company give the distributor who accepts it the exclusive mandate to represent them to the customers as specified in article 1.4 herewith (hereinafter "The Customers") whom he or his employees will visit with a view to sell the products in the aforementioned article 1.4. |
