J'ai déja rédigé le résumé du rapport et sa traduction en anglais. Cependant je ne sais pas trop me corriger et trouver les termes adéquats... j'ai fait ce que j'ai pu.

Lorsqu'un matériau brut est implanté dans l'organisme, les protéines du milieu extracellulaire vont s'adsorber à sa surface, pour former une capsule fibreuse, qui peut être problématique. L'un des projets de l'unité de recherche U577 de l'INSERM est de biofonctionnaliser un matériau, en lui greffant à sa surface des peptides RGD qui sont des ligands pro-adhésifs pour ensuite le pré-coloniser de cellules in vitro. L'objectif de mon stage était de mettre en place un protocole d'analyse permettant de visualiser quantitativement et qualitativement au Microscope Electronique à Balayage les contacts focaux que les cellules établissent sur le matériau colonisé. Le but de cette technique, appelée immunogold, était de faire une estimation de l'impact des différents paramètres du greffage de peptides RGD.
Aprés la présentation de l'unité de recherche, il est question des méthodes que j'ai utilisées pour atteindre l'objectif du projet et ensuite de l'analyse des résultat, des problèmes rencontrés et des solutions apportées.

After the presentation of the unit of research, it is about of the methods i used to reach project's aim and then about the analysis of the results, the encountered problems and the solutions brought.
