The head office of Ideo is based on Paris and this compagny work with producer, who come from Cambodia, India and Peru. To begin, Rachel Liu studied economy. She had been a training course and during this, she had seen that there is a lot of disparity between the North and the South. So, she feels the need to do something in France, which didn’t be only an one-way help. She realizes that it was interesting to propose garment, which are fairtrade and environment friendly. She meets then Antoinette Giorgi, who wants make the same. Together they searcha producer of organic cotton and a mill, which accepts little quantity of cotton. The cotton producer make already fairtrade. Rachel and Antoinette wanted help the population, but they wanted give an assistance, which are in coherence with population need. Work conditions being already good, it’s to tribal community that help is giving. Thanks to Ideo, salary have been increased and a lot of job have been. created
