Help with a small translation
Could someone please help me in translating this from English to French. It would be said in the form of a statement, if that helps.
"a moment in time" if it were spoken it would be stated as if to say "this is a moment in time" thank you for your help |

A moment in time ...
"Un moment important", not really idiomatic, un "évènement" peut-être ?
We all seem to be struggling with what it is you want to say. Do you mean like a "momentum" ?

basically I am making in in a statment about an event, basically like getting married would be "a moment in time"
I know some of the basic translation sites are saying un moment dans le temps or moment a temps, but I'm not sure if thats the true meaning. I am making this into a gift for this event, so thats what I'm trying to capture. thanks so much for your help!  |

I suppose, you mean "moment = importance, significance, of great worth in someone's life.
Then, the translation of "a moment of great importance in someone's life" will be: un grand moment dans la vie |
