Default Military etiquette

"Come to attention"
"Parade rest"
"About face"
"At ease"
"Permission to ...."
"Permission granted/denied."
"Dismissed"

idées? Merci!!!

Hi

in France military use to call each other using their grade, just like:
"mon colonel" or "mon capitaine" for a soldier talking to un upper grade.
A capitain taking to a lower grade will just say "soldat" or "capitaine" etc...

Else I don't know all the expression you wrote, but i'll give what I guess I know

"Come to attention" "Garde à vous"
"Parade rest" ...
"About face" ...
"At ease" "repos"
"Permission to ...."
"Permission granted/denied." "Permission accordée/refusée"
"Dismissed" "Rompez"

any other people to help?
