ok, let's give it a try, just for fun
j'ai pris quelques libertés

"That's impossible, I can't do that... Today is the day before wedding and I really don't want to marry her anymore. I was sooo much in love though, I am just about to drop all this. That's crazy I cannot reasonnably marry someone I don't love, that's inconceivable.
think that right now everything is set up for the party tomorrow and that nobody supposes that nothing will happen. Unless I accept and I keep going with a woman I did not choose.
Well what else can I say?
Poor future wife, I think I am a bit crual with her, she must not doubt a single second about the kind of surprise she is going to get, and I would prefer it never happens, but after all... I have already seen this in a couple of movies. Weddings that break the day before they are celebrated, that makes peole laugh. That would rather make me cry though..."

anyone for the last part of it?

And beside us, we have invited quite a good deal of people, including Irene's parents, my parents, my uncle - who is making the journey from Africa especially to attend this wedding which is not going to happen -, my grandparents, the bridesmaids and, almost 300 guests who have been promised an exceptional ceremony.
I think I'm getting a bit carried away, I'd better calm down, it's only a wedding after all! You can have dozens of weddings in your life, it's not a problem..
And my family will approve my choice: after all, you shouldn't marry someone you don't like. It's unsound...
On another hand, Irene's family is likely to slightly hate me, which is only right after all! I fell in love with their daughter, I lived with her, I promised her beautiful things, including a wedding, and suddenly all of this disappears...
I am really unlucky, this kind of thing only happens to me. Cupid should have kept his arrow for once.
