Fair trade concern essentially the food and artisanal products (coffee, cocoa, bananas…) produced in the third world but it principles can be applied to industrial products. Man summarize it by the famous formula ‘Trade, not charity’.
According to the rules of fair trade, the productor’s working and remunating conditions are decent. Hygienic and security provisions are (mis en oeuvre??). Besides, there is no exploitation of children by working. Lastly, when it concerns private firm, workers have the right to join a syndicate or other organization to represent them and defend their rights.
YMCA was fonded in 1969 in Chiangmaï in Thaïland. Its objective is to change the paysants’ conditions of life, whom poverty has involved rural depopulation, and permitted children and drugs’ traffic.

Merci d'avance pour votre aide!!

My corrections:

Fair trade concerns essentially food products (coffee, cocoa, bananas…) and handicrafts produced in the third world, but its principles can be applied to industrial products. It is summarized by the famous formula ‘Trade, not charity’.
According to the rules of fair trade, the producers' working conditions and remunerations are decent. Hygienic measures and security provisions are carried out. Moreover, there is no exploitation of child labour. Finally, when it concerns private enterprises, workers have the right to join a syndicate or other organizations to represent themselves and defend their rights.

YMCA was founded in 1969 in Chingmai, Thailand. Its objective is to change the living conditions of farmers, whose poverty has led to rural depopulation, and in turn children and drugs trafficking.

The case of Nike might make enterprises think. The global leader of sport clothes has, in fact, seen his turn-over turn down in 1998, (reconnaissant?) that this ???performance is in a part due to the campaigns lead in USA to point out the deplorable conditions by the asian and latino-american sub-contractors, in totally contradiction with the good intentions sticked up in his statute-book.

Merci beaucoup!!

voilà ce que je corrigerais

The case of Nike might make enterprises think. Indeed, Sportswear world leader has seen his turn-over (sales si tu veux sonner US ) turned down in 1998, admitting that this underachievement is in a part due to campaigns lead in the USA to point out the deplorable conditions of work in asian and latino-american sub-contractors, in totally contradiction with the good intentions sticked up in his statute-book.
