Here's the part I need translating - any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Career History January 2002 – To date Personal Assistant Responsibilities: Personal secretary to the Head of the Access to Social Rights Department: o Administrative assistance and organisational support for the activities of the Head, including managing electronic agenda, mailbox and missions, contacts with visitors (appointments, reception of visitors, etc); managing telephonic and other contacts for the Head and taking messages; o Organisation of meetings for the Head, including preparation of dossiers, coordination of input from services in the Directorate General and outside, ensuing follow-up; o Liaison with services the Directorate and other Directorates General in connection with the Head’s functions; o Coordination with the Secretariat of the services within the Directorate on day-to-day management questions; o Quality checking of correspondence for signature by the Director and the Head.
