"Il est susceptible" signifie une personne qui s'énerve ou qui se vexe facilement.

in english you can translate by touchy, susceptive or sensitive following the circumstances... anyway someone who gets angry upset or hurt pretty easily

But as soon as you write (or say) "il est susceptible de...
the meaning changes:

it means then "he might be able to..."
