I'm trying to translate a song from a punk rock band called "Bowling for soup", the song is called "My hometown", it's a kind of greating to people who have helped 'em those last few years (as you can read )

Here is the english text :

And i hope you're doin' fuckin' swell (?) >> "swell" est un équivalent argot de "well" >> "j'espère que tu vas bien" (tonalité ironique)

It depends on the context, but something along the lines of "jolie apparence" could do... Please post more context if you want a more precise translation.
Also, it's better if you create your own thread instead of "hijacking" someone else's...
