J'aimerais savoir s'il existe un livre spécialisé sur la transcription phonétique (transcriptrion fine) en Anglais ... du genre des textes graphiques ou un cd avec des fichiers audio, accompagnés de leur transcription phonétique et des explications.

Yes, there is. I used to have a photocopy of the book by Jones, with the diagrams of articulation and the phonetic symbols. I found it in a public library.
