In Russian they say ''Будьте здоровы!'', the pronunciation and the meaning is similar to Polish, really something like "For your health". And continuing this so amusing topic it would be interesting to know what the person sneezing responds in return. Cause I know that in French (probably it is not so much in use) when they say: "A tes amours!" to a person who sneezes the estimated response is "Et que les tiennes durent toujours" )))
