English to Ukrainian translation =)

Hey everyone =)
May as well get to the request. I'm getting a tattoo for my Mother. She is fully Ukrainian, making me half =D, and I'd like to get our names and the year I was born. We're very proud of our heritage, with my Grandmother from Ukraine, which is why I'm choosing Ukrainian and not English.

But Google is useless! All I can find on the general internet are phrases, which isn't very helpful. I can't seem to dig up names without having to buy software

I'm hoping someone could do an English-Ukrainian translation for me?

Melissa June (which is my first and middle name, middle name is after my Mom

)
1989 or just 89 (Year I was born, if possible)

Please let me know =)

June the month or a name?
Меліса(Melisa) Червень(the month of June)
or the phonetical translation of June- жюн

And would numbers look any different in Ukrainian?

no they don't

in any language that use the cyrillic language , the numbers don't have a character
