Hello all
![]() I nocticed in the second picture this number : ٢٦٨ = 268 Looking at the first picture again & again, let me think that it's very hard to say that it's 100% Arabic letters, anyway I hope you'll find the translation soon.

I still verify the 1st picture of your post, it's very tricky, and it look like Arabic letters but there are some wierd signs/letters that have nothing to do with Arabic, even those letters that looks like Arabic are not well written, in the other hand, the second picture contain Arabic letters, as I told you before : Isfahan######268##, well if it can help, I can read the rest but without understanding, and I am not totally sure : Isfahân jâR bâgh bâ een 268 durush.
In addition, this is not an Islamic art, because there are drawing of humains and animals.

great info devanymfix. i had a friend of mine look at it and he thought it was Islamic due to the fact that he could read something about God in the writings around the middle scene. here they are if this helps.

These picture are helpful, well, I don't blame that person, because as I said it's tricky, in the first look, I saw like if there is the word "God" too, but after seeing in detail, I can say that these are some kind of strange letters or signs or drawing that has nothing to do with Arabic, many signs/forms/letters are repeated if you pay atention.. I am sure it's not Arabic, the question is : why in the middle there is clear Arabic letters ?!.. Your brass table is mysterious !!
