First of all, if you're trying to learn Turkish - I would really advise you to ask your Turkish friends to write to you properly - i.e. using the correct Turkish letters. In this poem all of the Turkish letters are missing (e.g. ğ is replaced with g, ş with s, etc.) This will make it very difficult for you! Anyway, you managed to get quite far with it. I shouldn't worry about it too much - it is a typical "Happy New Year" message - which is forwarded on by lots of Turks.

Pure white snow falls
What you have lived with and concealed.. may your mistakes pass
A new page, a new future
In just the same way as your creator's compassion to the earth
As if he is reminding
To us of those new beginnings
Remaining life long
Happy New Year

So basically may the slate be wiped clean of any wrong doings - it's a new year, a new start, god is forgiving, here's to the future! Happy New Year
