Hi everyone.. My Turkish is limited.. could anyone help me to put this sentence into Turkish? Thank you!

You must understand how difficult this is for me. You know how I feel about you, and how sad you have made me. I have stayed faithful to you always. I don't know what we are doing any more. If you don't want to speak to me anymore, please tell me. If so, I will not bother you again. But I need to know. Please, if you care about me at all, just tell me what you want.
