phonetic languages are tougher 2 read n write,but easier 2 understand and speak.Non-phonetic languages are easier to read n write but tougher to speak n understand.

The most difficult languages in the whole world ,,
Chinese Arabic - specially the tunisian accent , - im egyption and i do speak arabic but i don't understand their accent at all :d  but they r nice the last might be the spanish ! |

Some seems difficult but aren't when you begin to learn... I heard that French is the one of the most difficult and for me it's Japanese/Chinese 'cauz it's too different!
