phonetic languages are tougher 2 read n write,but easier 2 understand and speak.Non-phonetic languages are easier to read n write but tougher to speak n understand.

The most difficult languages in the whole world ,,
Chinese
Arabic - specially the tunisian accent , - im egyption and i do speak arabic but i don't understand their accent at all :d but they r nice
the last might be the spanish !

Some seems difficult but aren't when you begin to learn... I heard that French is the one of the most difficult and for me it's Japanese/Chinese 'cauz it's too different!

You're right leslieee.
I think that a language is hard to learn when it's too different from our native language. It's also a matter of someone's culture and way of thinking.
For example, when I was learning english at school, it seemed very strange to me to say "a red car" while we say "a car red" in arabic (siyara hamra) and also in french (une voiture rouge)
There is also problem of pronunciation... for example, in arabic language, it's difficult for non arabic speakers to pronounce letters as "qaf - ق" , "ha - ه" or "kha - خ".
