If the topic is still relevant, I would like to answer.
(I am from Russia. My native language is Russian)

1) To unfamiliar persons or bosses we say:
Çäðàâñòâóéòå ['zdrastvujtɪ] (zdrastvujti) or ['zdrastɪ] (zdrasti) - Hello;
Äîáðûé äåíü ['dobrɨj 'dʲenʲ] (dobrij djen') - Good day;
Äîáðîå óòðî ['dobroje 'utro] (dobroje utro) - Good morning;
Äîáðûé âå÷åð ['dobrɨj 'vʲetɕer] (dobrij vecher) - Good evening.

To relatives, friends, and so on we say:
Ïðèâåò [prɪ'vʲet] (privjet) - Hi;
Çäîðîâî [zda'rova] (zdarova) - Cheerio.
Çäðàâñòâóé ['zdrastvuj] (zdrastvuj) - Hello;

Sometimes girls kiss, but it is not so frequently occured.
Boys and men usually shake hands.
Sometimes man may kiss woman's hand, but it is not a rule.
Sometimes the persons, who know each other well enough, may hug.
And, of course, relatives may hug, kiss as well as shake hands.

2) Yes, I have been to Armenia and China.
In Armenia I said "hello" as բարեվ ձեզ (barev dzez) or just բարեվ (barev) to familiar persons.
In China - usually as 你好 (nǐ hǎo), but in official atmosphere - 您好 (nín hǎo).
And when I was talking to somebody in English, I usually used to say "hi". But if I met a person for the first time, I prefered to say "hello", "good evening" and so on.

3) Above I have already said about kisses. As I understand, there is such a tradition, you talked about, in France. Each tradition has its background, so it should not shock anyone. Anyway, I was not shocked, when I knew this.

4) I think yes.

5) Actually, there cannot be an international code for greetings all over the world. Also because of those very traditions. I respect traditions, so I would not be in favour of this idea. I like much more, when people can express their ideas in such a way that is suitable and usual for them.

1) How do you say hello in your country ?

I come from China, where we say "nihao, ninhao" to greet each other, and more and more people have began to say "hello".

2) Have you ever been abroad ? If yes, where. How did you say hello there ?
I have not.

3) In france, people kiss (even if they don't know each others). How do you feel about that ? does it shock you ? Do you do it in your country ?
In China, we never kiss except for the lovers. I think kiss is good, but people have different way to express their emotion, the effect is the same.

4) Do you think it's necessary to adapt to a country's greetings to be easily integrated ?
I don't think it's necessary, diversity is good.

5) Would you be in favor of an international code for greetings ?
I don't think we should enforce an manmade code.

1) How do you say hello in your country ? (word, hug, kiss... / with your family (if different with male and female, please indicate), boss, friends...)

In Turkey, women kiss three times, and men kiss twice and men shkae hands at the same time, not women. A woman does noy kiss a man and vice verca, they only say "merhaba" or other words to say hello like "selamunaleykoum" or "Hosgeldiniz (when they are guests)". For older persons, it's different: you kiss the right- hand of men or women and you put the hand on your forehead: this is to show that you respect them. With your close family, you can hug or not, and you hug sb if you haven't seen him/her for a long time.

2) Have you ever been abroad ? If yes, where. How did you say hello there ?
??? I don't know

3) In france, people kiss (even if they don't know each others). How do you feel about that ? does it shock you ? Do you do it in your country ?
In the Turkish culture, yes, people kiss even if they don't know each other but this is only true if these are 2 men or two women, for the other sex, you only say hello

4) Do you think it's necessary to adapt to a country's greetings to be easily integrated ?
No, I don't think so. I think that you have to stay like you are, and people must accept you as you are. If you try to do like them, you won't feel good, and it will be like an obligation. And if you loose you culture, what will you teach to your children about it? At the beginnig, people can see that like shocking or different because they have never seen it before, but with they will be used to.

5) Would you be in favor of an international code for greetings ?
No, because what makes our world a beautiful world is our difference. I think, it would be stupid...
