Its impossible to understand if we really are in Summer or not yet today. Latest year we have had a strange season's behaviour with sultry June and July and rainy August. And this year also a rainy May: what a pity with all this water!

needed the water here ... but could have come as snow in january and just melt then and come down the mountains instead of falling on my head all the time

AHAHAHA! This is an interesting point of view! Irrefutable!
Yes, I know also here we need rain...but let me say...not so many rainy days in May! March and April are the classic months with a changeable weather! In my opinion May is already summer!!!

Yep May should be summer even in my books ...
on the other hand the skiing season is in febuary now so it seems logic that summer starts later as well
