I'm curious how people would describe Belgians (if one even knows where Belgium is on the map )....

Don't be so pessimistic, we do know where is it, but as far as I know, there are no stereotypes connected with the citizens of Belgium. Or maybe there are some, but I do know nothing about it.

The irony is that even we here in US seem to stereotype each other within our own borders. Our country is so big some on the West coast think totally different of the people on the East coast and then some assume different of those in the South so you see how crazy it can be?

People think everyone in California lives on the beach and has a great tan. They think all Texan's talk like we are from the country and wear big cowboy hats? We think all New Yorker's are rude and unpleasant and talk real fast. Everyone thinks all Canadians above us speak funny and always dig out of snow. See how silly we can be? Even the commercials on TV play up the stereotypes but its all as a joke or in fun. See how I end my sentence...

Well, well, well -the same is in Poland. It is not as big as US, but as I just said, it happens very often.
