i have been in Bulgaria several times but Bulgarians' napes looked me so normal or i didnt noticed.for the next time, i will look their napes firstly.

as the other countries,there are some people smoke a lot.at the same time,there are some people dont smoke.so i cant say that it is generally true.
maybe,just a stereotype......
