Tibet accepted Chinese reign far long ago in Chinese Qing Dynasty, when Kangxi Emperor （康熙）witnessed this transfer of governmental reign. Then in 1949 when the PRC came into being, Larma joined to the NEw China with its governed Tibetan Region, though later the Larma fled out of China and denied the fact that Tibet belongs to the PRC, but whether to PRC or not, (because sometimes the old Larma claimed that the old Chiese government who retreated to Taiwan as the now Republic of China as its governing country), yet all Tibetan confirm that they are Tibetan and at the same time they are Chinese but not French or English or Indian.
