Korean to English pls^^ What is that guy "saying"?

I don't know if anybody has noticed but now almost 2 months ago the landmark of the capital of South Korea, the Sungnyemun burnt down.
It was the ancient wooden main gate of Seoul and as that I think unparalleled to any other gate in the world.

So I have just recently been browsing though flickr.com to look at some pictures to know what was going on there after that happened...
...and came across that picture

Hence I can't read korean I could need a little help with the translation^^
So what is that person -guess- "demanding"?

Btw does someone know a korean webstore for Mp3 Players or MMP-Players that is shipping outside South Korea?
