Besides, Welsh is a different language, is not an English dialect. In Fact, Welsh belongs to other language family: The Celtic branch.

And what sflor said was right. In some Romance languages you can add suffixes and preffixes to a word, and then increase the length, but in many times, the created word doesn't exist, or is not "official":
Example: Bueno (good) = Buenísimo (really, very good) = Requetecontrabueno (the lattest, is just an informal expression, not a "real" word). So, all these words, containing Hiperxxx - Súperxxx - xxxísimo, etc, have been added a describer, an adjective, etc. Since Spanish has no case declensions, these words cannot be considered as "true" words.

This word really exists:

Esternocleidomastoideo (a neck muscle). And some researchers are adding "occipito...", since this muscle also inserts in the Occipital bone: Esternocleidooccipitomastoideo.
