I have to agree with MikeL. You can construct these words with such a length but in general you do not use them and it is just fun to construct them for example for this forum.

Loosely I believe it means

"Our heads are round so we think in different directions"

Someone else might be able to pin down a closer definition

This definition is quite close but i would translate it with: Our head is round, so that our thinking or way of thinking can change the direction.

Some other ideas?
