It's Tamer Hosny singing. I don't know the song, but he sings:

Ra7 w ghâb 3alayya layâlî
Ra7 ma 7ass biyya li7âlî

Roo7 ya 2amar elleel
W 2ollo ya leel ynâdînî

Things like that.

I just looked for it:

راح و غاب عليا ليالي... راح ما حس بيا بحالي... رد يوم عليا يا حبيبي ماتسيبنيش اناديييييييك...

It turned out to be Mostapha Amar. The title is: ra7 w ghab 3alayya.

They spell it as "3anny" instead of 3alayya in that website, but they are mistaken.
